Their HGV drivers are a menace to other road users . They think they own the roads . I would never use aztek for my goods .

Great tip only 30mins container palletised load 1st on site then another on turned up and typical driver not following the one way system totally chocked the yard up when parking spaces free.
So site staff 🤔 decided to bay him first to get things moving.
My plus side was his load was a hand ball 😄😄😄😄😄.

Very busy logistics company!
Booked for 8am today, but sadly to many supervisors shouting the odds about which bay I needed to be on. When all there trucks are in the way off being able reverse on the bay in question. When there busy loading them .

Funny set up if you are collecting a small item. Call in to the self store reception and nice lady there rings through to driver reception and sends you there where you tell them your order reference number and they give you a bit of post it note with two numbers on that you take to door 5 and hand to warehouse man who goes and fetches the goods and makes you sign a three part collection ticket. I reckon for a logistics company that isn't the most logical process and they might need to think again !

A GREAT CUSTOMER CARE FROM A DELIVERY COMPANY
- other companies should learn from -

On the 28th of May of 2021, at 1.30pm / 1.45pm I had a delivery made by Aztek Logistics ltd on behalf of Suregreen.

Suregreen was the most despicable and disappointing company I have recently dealt with. But thanks to your delivery driver, who was understanding, supportive and extremely professional, the delivery was handled smoothly and efficiently. He even kindly offered to help me unload the truck (which is not suppose to be part of his job as per Suregreen's hidden instructions).

I would like to reassert by this message that I commend your employee / delivery driver for his professionalism, kindness and portraying a great image of your company.
