Terrible Experience – Parcel Not Delivered After 6 Weeks, No Communication!
I had an awful experience with this courier company. My parcel has been undelivered for over 6 weeks from Birmingham,uk to India and I’ve received absolutely no updates. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times through both phone calls and emails, but they completely ignore my attempts to reach out. No responses, no explanations, no effort to resolve the issue.
This is unacceptable for any business, let alone one that’s supposed to handle deliveries professionally. I’m beyond frustrated and would strongly advise against using their services. I’m still waiting for my parcel to be delivered and answers that never come.
Zero stars if I could give them that.

What an amazing Company. I am moving into a small flat. Had lots of sarees. Ahsanbhsi picked up all my sarees from home. Packed and shipped to India. Shipping cost of £100 to include picking from home, packing, posting and receiving at the other end was well worth it. Just seeing the smiles on the recipients made my day. Keep it up AZ Logistics

We have contacted AZ logistics to our luaguage to India in April 2024 , for 53lbs they charged us for 53kgs which is the price was doubled , we been contacting them from 3 months still they are responding and not lifting the calls. Please don’t trust them and use other sources of coriouer services . Don’t support these kind of fake logistics services

Tbh such an amazing service by them. They couriered almost 50kg of my stuff from
