If you visit Yell, make a point of visiting this shop - it sells everything and not a bar code in sight. Had a lovely chat with Mary, who has been at the counter for last 39 years, an amazing lady.

Wow, what a place! Had read reviews saying you need to visit this shop whilst on Yell, so popped in - even better than we imagined. Full of all the things you didn’t know you needed plus the things you needed. We came out with 2 balls of wool, brake fluid, vegan cake, thread, bottle of wine, vegan sausages, a comb, some wellies, some luck tatie sweets….Lovely owner and staff, definitely worth a visit!!!

This is quite a remarkable shop that has an extremely large range of goods for sale. Food, hardware, gifts, toys,clothes etc. Also has a post-office counter inside and a petrol & diesel pump outside. Just brilliant.

People are just sweet and kind to us and David is cheeky monkey and I can't wait to see the shop tomorrow afternoon and the staff are incredibly friendly and we always do we are so lucky to be in Shetland 😀😅👍👍

Amazing (really amazing) selection. Mary knows where everything is and will order things in when she can for customers. Friendly and helpful family business. Cheapest fuel on the islands too.

Lovely shop and the owner is very friendly. I was amazed by the labyrithian array of rooms with shelves containing every possible item imaginable, including an impressive collection of soy sauces and noodles! It is reputed to sell the cheapest petrol in all of Shetland.
