We were attending a wedding in New Cumnock and prebooked our 6 seater taxi using the app. The app was very easy to use and our driver was prompt and very friendly. Car was clean and the journey was fairly priced. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Today they almost killed my 6 year old son, and the escort who is supposed to keep an eye on these vulnerable children happily ignored him in need of medical help. I'm just thankful we're finally out of hospital and he's going to be okay. I don't understand why East Ayrshire Council has entrusted these people with ASN kids

Tried to phone for a taxi into my local town as it was very heavy rain & im unable to walk very well. Phoned & was met with an automated machine telling me to download their app as it was quicker and much more efficient 🤣
Anyway, book through the app which is £6 for 1.5 mile and a further £2 just to use the app, a wee charge they don’t make obvious.
45 minutes later we were still waiting, couldn’t get through to speak to a human being so cancelled the taxi and thankfully my upstairs neighbour was kind enough to drive us down.
Absolute shambles. What about people who aren’t good with technology You just going to leave them stranded as well because your controllers are lazy and can’t be bothered dealing with customers? 45mins on a quiet night is not good enough! Zero communication from the controllers is not good enough!
I really hope someone with some financial resources comes in and starts up their own taxi company and wipes the floor with Ayrshire transport because this is absolutely disgusting and if I’m honest, I have second hand embarrassment for them if that’s how they run a company!!

App takes 20 minutes to assign a driver if it ever does and it takes the money out before you even get a driver, phones always ringing out and they hardly ever have a car available. Honestly a terrible company to deal with.

Would not recommend this place what so ever . There attitude absolutely stinks and they are as wide as the Clyde when it comes to prices. Wanted 65 pounds of me from lochside to Kilmarnock. I phoned another firm and they only charged me 25 🤣. Don't understand why they are still in business tbh.

Absolutely outraged last week to be charged twenty pounds for a 6 minute journey. When we got in the taxi, the meter was set at this cost because apparently this is the standard minimum charge!! Daylight robbery! Do NOT use this firm!

The call handler has shocking communication skills, a terrible attitude and not helpful at all.. just what you want after a 2 hour drive..we were in town for a wedding.
Found an alternative company who were really helpful
