most rude, cheeky and standoff staff i have ever met, grown men and women rolling there eyes and dragging themselves about like there doing slave labor 🤦🏻‍♀️ miserable experience. left and will post my all parcels elsewhere.

Time to give the post office back to the public hands!, I had a package sent to me on Monday on a 24hr delivery, it arrived on the Thursday? And the PO thinks this is OK? Nah its not, plus the package looked worse than from Evri and that's saying something, it was battered and soaking wet not what I expected from the PO,

Sending Special Delivery at 13:45 on a Saturday. Post Office open to 17:30 but last mail lifted already. Guaranteed delivery by 13:00 Tuesday, 3 days later for £7.95 ! No wonder the Post Office is in trouble !
