Lovely store - lovely items and reasonably priced. Received a very warm welcome from all three staff members. Asked and was allowed to bring my dog in, which was great. I think it was Max, the young man working, who went out of his way to be welcoming - we had a lovely chat and he gave my dog a treat. He also mentioned some other things I might like to see in the area which I really appreciated.

Very big souvenir and gift shop. They have some nice things among the more common ones. Reasonable prices. Don't forget the first floor too.

Came in to pay for a magnet I’d picked up outside and noticed there was a nomination bracelet bit, went to have a look and the older brown haired lady who was working behind the counter told me if I wanted to look around in the shop I had to leave my open can of Fanta with her with a smirk on her face? I’m a 26 year old woman I can be trusted to take a few steps around a shop with an open can of juice, I can’t imagine she would of made the remark to my 57 year old mother so it’s bizarre to make it to me as I’m also an adult. Didn’t appreciate her tone and meant I just didn’t look at the charms and paid for the magnet at a separate till. The blonder older woman who was working there was lovely which is the only reason it isn’t 1 star. If you’re working with the public you should try be less bitter, just a suggestion.

Really lovely gift shop that send my order of a mug all the way to Essex by postage. Really felt they went out of their way to help and they couldn’t of been nicer. Lovely range of all types of gifts, particularly related to Scotland. Definitely worth including a visit on any trip.

Love this shop, great customer service and great knowledge of their quality goods and amazing array of gins. I have bought a few unusual cards and presents from them and everyone has loved them. Will shop there again on many occasions I'm sure and would recommend to local and visitors. Keep up the good work.

What a gem of a shop, thought it would be all tourist goods but how wrong was I! So much more, wide variety of gifts, jewellery, soft toys, T-shirt’s and hoodies, hats, scarves, gloves and a gin selection like I have never seen, a good selection of quality malts too! I always struggle at Christmas, hate trolling sound shops, especially Inverness, but not this year. They offer a Christmas club, you can put goods by then pay it up, a blessing when on limited income. The girls are very nice, always cheery and so helpful. Keep it local folks! Love this shop x
