Aver Logistics is probably the best freight forwarder in the United Kingdom, and we have had the pleasure of working with them for the past two years. They have helped us move goods between various locations in China and the UK with ease. Aver provided us with customized customs information, and we were able to track each shipment through an interface that allowed us to see the vessel's whereabouts and estimated delivery time. I can hands down say these are the WORST freight forwarders I have ever used. We used them around 7 shipments, 6/7 of them were delayed, about half of the shipments we were sent the completely wrong stock on. On 2 of the shipments the 3PL provider used soaking wet pallets, so our expensive goods came wet. The customer service was absolutely terrible. If you have your account managed by someone called Omar then I wish you good luck.. every problem we had he put 0 effort in trying to sort it for us. He was completely lazy and sounded un interested every time we spoke to him.

I would avoid these guys at all costs. Horrible company.
