Exceptional Service and Support at Attic Self Storage Enfield!

My experience at Attic Self Storage Enfield was absolutely five-star, especially given I was in a bit of a bind and needed a unit unexpectedly. From the moment I arrived, I was met with outstanding customer service that made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
Erum greeted me immediately and patiently walked me through setting up my account, handling all the paperwork efficiently. While she took care of that, Gosia gave me a fantastic, thorough tour of the facility, explaining exactly how everything works, from accessing my unit to navigating the site both during and outside of staffed hours. Her clear instructions made me feel completely confident.
The team's help didn't stop there. I was able to easily unload an entire van load onto one of their robust trolleys, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Chris was also very welcoming, even offering me water, which was a thoughtful touch. Artis further helped by clarifying details about the space, parking, and general usage.
Beyond the fantastic staff, I was really impressed with the practical aspects and the value. The sign-up cost was, in my opinion, very reasonable. What truly stood out, however, was learning that a portion of the sign-up fee goes towards supporting a local food bank – that's a brilliant initiative and something I deeply appreciate.
Overall, I had a great experience today. A huge thank you to Erum, Gosia, Chris, and Artis for making a sudden, potentially stressful situation so easy and positive. I highly recommend Attic Self Storage Enfield!

Very helpful staff, and great and easy access via the app. Gocia was incredibly helpful and showed us around the facility and let us view the different sized storage compartments before we chose. Good value and easy access all round. Had a few trips there with loaded car and every time so far has been without any trouble getting around and to our storage compartment. Totally recommend Attic Self Storage. Cheaper than many of the other local lock-up facilities. Feels secure and safe. Good job so far.
