Customer service here is great, all of the staff members we have come across have been kind considerate and informative. Particular positive praise goes to Daniel and Omayr who greeted us with smiles on our first visit! Daniel was out consultant and was so welcoming. He listened to our specifications and found the best unit for our needs and price range (it's good they don't force you into anything with hidden costs here!)
On move-in day we were surprised the customer service was great again staff here are soo helpful and kind. Super grateful for Kapil who made sure we knew how to access everything and directed us to where we could get refreshments as we were so tired by the end of the day! Honestly all the guys here are welcoming and have created a great environment that feels safe for us to use (added bonus it's accessible 24 hours)!

I recently used this company and had the pleasure of being helped by Mo and Omayr. They were both incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my options, even though I arrived late and they were about to close. They went the mile to make sure I found the perfect storage space for my needs. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days! I highly recommend them 🙂

Great experience with Attic Self storage. Mr. Chad had explained everything so smoothly. I had very quick online checkin and all the contract related paperwork was completed just in few minutes. Storage units are nice with 24 hour self access. No hidden fee. I definitely recommend Attic storage.

The guys at reception (Chad, Omayr and Kapil) were super friendly and helpful (unlike Big Yellow up the road). They offered us water, showed us several units, and followed up to make sure the unit would be ready when we needed it. The online portal made it easy to provide info and check in in advance. Good lighting and enough trolleys. The unit was clean and felt secure.
