Would highly recommend to not use this storage as i wudnt want another customer to experience what we did, i used this storage for over 3 years and while i was unable to remove my belongings the owner took full advantage and put the monthly price up, however when it came to eventually taking my belongings i took the padlock that i purchased from the storage and left a washing machine behind so they rung my family up threatening to charge us £50 and that the padlock was there’s? Also without my knowledge they had been ringing my mother who suffers from serious mental health and made her pay the £50 and she was terrified of being charged for more money which they threatened to do so she paid the £50. Bullies is the nicest way to put it. Also they tried to say that we didn’t give notice but however we have paid until the 19th of February of this month and im sure they won’t admit this on the reply, there are better storage facilities in Manchester that won’t increase charges and phone up vunerable elderly people demanding money and accusing you of theft which is discusting.

I've nothing but positive things to say - I had a hassle-free experience using their storage, from start to finish. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. Prices are more than reasonable, and I felt reassured that my belongings were safe. Would absolutely recommend, and will use again in the future as needed. Thanks!

There's a body work garage in there and I can't thank Dennis enough he's done a couple bits of work for me and always been 100% cant fault his work and his service amazing would highly recommend to anyone
