Absolutely superb. I was provided a 4 hour delivery window the day before delivery of a sofa I had ordered, and a received a text from the drivers on the morning of delivery. They also provided a heads up when they were 30 minutes away. They fully assembled the sofa for me, removed all packaging and cardboard, and were polite and friendly. Superb service - thank you!

Absolutely abysmal service. At best they are disorganised and cannot give a straight or an accurate delivery date. They rely on the statement "I will have to consult the route planner but I haven't got it yet". After several calls they tell me the bed has been delivered, it hadn't. Then it was at Beds Direct warehouse to be picked up for delivery. I didn't order the bed from this company! I was then told it had been cancelled. Contacted the company I did order the bed from and they are dealing with the issue as a matter of urgency. ASB it seems are a little more than disorganised!

They said they would pick up my bed from the factory Friday and deliver on Monday. The item HAS been ready for collection, and simply was not picked up due to bad logistics.... by a literal logistics company. I initially asked what other availability they have, and already extremely inflexible in saying it was either the Monday or a further 7-10 days. So i confirmed the Monday delivery date with them and rearranged my entire day. I call first thing Monday to re confirm timings, and I get told they did not pick up my bed on Friday, OR on Saturday, so they cant deliver it.

Completely unprofessional, this is followed by a long set of lies about delivery options (entirely made up on the spot) just to pass off the work onto someone else, etc etc. I had rearranged my entire schedule around this delivery, and will still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time.

Above paragraph merely reinforced by their reply, which is untrue..

Arranged for delivery on wednesday when I was home, they insisted on tuesday. Then they turned up Monday and left a £2000 garden sofa at the front of my house in the rain and I had to phone someone to help me carry it all into the garden. Pure laziness and terrible service.

Dangerous driver on the A19 northbound near Middlesbrough around 08:40 this morning. Pulled into my lane as I was in it going at 70, almost caused a pile up
