Arundel post office is welcoming, superbly well stocked, goods are reasonably priced and there is an excellent loyalty scheme for the purchase of cards. You only need to purchase five cards and then your sixth one is free. The range of cards is exceptional and I always find the perfect card for every occasion. I live locally and have used this Post Office since 2011 - I always experience excellent customer service. Thank you.

No matter what time of day I go into the post office (usually right at the end of the day when most people would be hustling to get home!) all the staff are always welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. In an age where customer service seems to be a dying art the post office staff still uphold the highest standards. Thank you

This has to be the best post office in the south. Paul and the team here really do look after their customers and try to go above and beyond. They also keep a good range of cards and gift wrap etc. I find it genuinely hard to believe when people have an experience that they class as negative here given how willing the staff are to help. Having read some of the reviews it Unfortunately would appear that some people just don’t understand the metric system.

I have to write a review for this really really nicely run Post Office. They always try their very hardest to be helpful, are always very friendly and run the Post Office in a truly professional way but also with a strong sense of them really caring about your business and needs. It is so difficult nowadays to find anywhere, let alone a Post Office that can actually take the time to treat people as individuals and give a warm welcome along with good business adviec.

Well done you guys keep it up, youre a genuine boost to not just the Post Office itself but also to Arundel with your stock of cards and other items for both tourist needs and local peoples needs.
