A little pricey, but so much to see here, plenty of paid parking nearby, lots of guides dotted around to help you find where you're going. Decent gift shop (get the honeycomb) and the chapel is full of history here too. You can dress up in the castle and wait for guided tours that run at certain times. Take your time with everything and you can easily make a day of it, gardens are beautiful and everything is very well looked after. Even the toilets are worth visiting in the castle 😅

Impressive Castle building, not a ruin. Beautiful inside and out. Must see for furniture, art , history and beautiful gardens. Cafe , coffee shop and toilets, disabled loos and lift available. Usual gift shop too. Only parking is council one opposite entrance.

We toured the castle, gardens, and bedrooms. A paid parking lot was available across the street from the entrance.

The onsite staff - specifically the house and bedrooms areas - were very friendly and informative.

Make sure you walk through the drained moat as well, for some great views of the castle!

What is this a beautiful and amazing handled castle! For me and my family it is our favorite castle, which is not an easy task. But everything about it is great, especially the enthusiastic employees inside the rooms that love having conversations about the history of this place. I would 100% recommend visiting this place and taking your time to have a look around!

Absolutely phenomenal. It felt like a stroll back in time to witness the sheer massiveness of the castle itself with timeless trinkets that are still preserved in pristine condition. I couldn't step off the armoury in particular. It's absolutely unbelievable that this is still the abode of the Duke and his family.

If you're a history buff and want to get immersed in the story, I would recommend you spend one whole day here.

Oh and the gardens need special mention here. We spent too much time in the gardens we didn't have time to savour the splendour of the castle. It was surreal. Kudos to all the keepers of the castle and its grounds. 👏

The castle and the grounds were absolutely beautiful I recommend spending the extra money to see all the rooms and all of the castle. We've been touring different castles for the past 2 weeks. that 1 and Windsor castle are 2 of the best to tour and see the most. you can take pictures in Arundel castle you cannot take pictures in Windsor. One of our favorites ❤ ♥ 💙

It’s perfect for history lovers, families, or anyone looking for a memorable day out.

Highly recommended – well worth the visit!
