Useless company, no updates on delivery then delivered when I wasn’t in as I am
Moving no time frame, call nothing. Oh we can’t deliver again today and the flat tone of the uninterested woman on the other end of the phone only added to my furry when I finally got to speak to someone.
You will receive an email with another day oh cool, so not helpful.
Hopefully with this one I will get updates for the couch that would be amazing and a basic form of communication

Absolutely disgraceful company. Expect you to read the small print about packing up. Delivery driver was extremely rude and his attitude was shocking. Single female and they expect me to move a double bed downstairs by myself. Not everyone has someone to help. Also after being told by driver they could come back to get old bed then the useless customer advisers then tell me they can't £35 for the bed to be taken now am sat with a new bed in my livingroom and have to find a way of old bed being taken away.

The worst delivery company in the UK.

Their drivers are great but their logistics is shocking. Had to deal with them twice and had the same issue both times.

Waited all day for a delivery to be told they couldn't deliver due to no drivers then was told it would be with me the next day, obviously it wasn't. So another day taken off work waiting for a made up delivery. They couldn't provide an update on where the product was as they'd seemingly lost it (it was a mattress) and they would not allow collection as they claimed delivery would need to be attempted and failed first. Finally they gave me a date 5 days later and suddenly their tracking portal shows a failed delivery on the original day. Completely avoid if possible.

Absolutely shocking!
Waiting on two sofa’s to be delivered with the initial delivery date being 29th November, it is now 8th December and we are still waiting.
The Items might be lost, they are still trying to track the items
Numerous calls made, spoke to senior management who promised to call back with updates and I’m still waiting on this!
This situation has placed two pensioners one with severe mobility problems to sit on deck chairs while the company are in no hurry to find their order. Very disappointing!

Absolute joke. Only way to contact them on the website is FB and live web chat. Not a single response apart from automated messages. When they don't respond to you in 10 hours, you get a message to say they have closed your enquiry. I did call and managed to speak to Tracey on the phone who, to her credit was lovely and empathetic but still unable to help me. I cancelled my order so I will not be receiving my delivery but honestly would avoid in future and will make sure I tell others the same.

Pig ignorance!!! Would give 0* if possible! Parcel was supposed to arrive between 8am to 8pm on the 16th - stayed in all day only to be told (at 8pm!) by Amazon that the delivery had been cancelled and to contact the seller. Was rearranged for the 20th. Unfortunately, the people delivering were pig ignorant when it did come! Big heavy wardrobe flat pack and chest of drawers dumped on the bottom of the steps and not even a single offer to help (not that you should have to ask) me up the stairs with it. This was despite me clearly struggling and straining my back and was just ignored once they'd dumped it on my door! Totally rude delivery men and atrocious delivery experience overall. Never again! Avoid like the plague even if it means paying extra for delivery. Cannot believe the ignorance of this company - hopefully they'll stop getting contracts and have to dissolve (not fit for purpose). Disgusting that Amazon uses these clowns!

Order a cooker to be delivered Friday and washer to be delivered Saturday, apparently the van broke down on Friday so couldn't delivered cooker oh and then Saturday the van carrying the washer broke down... ironic pattern this,,,, also ordered 2 beds it said 5 working days delivery were now 2 weeks over the 5 working days! Please please avoid at all costs... customer service is awful as well!!! Company will be bust soon enough the way it behaves.

Disgusting service.
Told item coming between 6.30am and 8.30am. Didn’t turn up. Called 3 times during the day. Was told driver would call me.
After numerous calls was told it was never loaded onto van. Wasted a whole day waiting.
Was told it would definitely arrive the following day. Didn’t arrive. No explanation and blatantly being lied to.
They won’t let me drive to the depot to get it due to “paperwork” so they’re effectively holding the items I’ve paid for with no explanation as to why.
Two days I’ve spent calling and waiting.
