My first time using self storage. I began with a little trepidation and prejudice. For sure this was potentially similar to going to get your tyres changed - everything is too much trouble, surely I knew what to do, hadn't I done everything on line beforehand etc. NO. NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.
Clean and smart reception area where I was greeted by two really friendly, helpful, patient and engaging individuals. Everything explained from costs, security, insurance, times of business, everything in a calm polite and steady pace. Then I was shown around. Everything was easy and a date I wanted to start my tenancy arranged. I returned home, filled out the required information on line (and it was offered that had I been IT non conversant, they would have done it for me) and packed my van. Returning on the appointed day, again I was met by another member of staff who showed me in more detail all the entry and exit procedures, the lift and my locker.
Everything was a surprise. Clean, smart, new lockers, alarmed and covered by CCTV, easy to move trolleys, quick lift and all done without a hitch.
I totally recommend the site, the staff, the location and the overall experience. Well done. It was seamless, painless and really good value with the current, half price for 4 weeks, deal. Thank you

Really nice place and I’m glad it’s so secure. Loads of room in our storage area. A bit difficult to get the trolleys around, but then they are for heavy boxes so can’t really ask for too much.

LORE - I recently come out of very bad situation and as in the system I have received limited support but more is coming to light about this as court progresses. One of the most beautiful things a person can give u at a time like this, is to let your voice be heard.
