Handy little convenience store for essentials when I don't want to walk to the supermarket. Prices on a lot of the items are actually really reasonable. Drop off point for Yodel which I use frequently. Nice they have a safe place where I can tie my dog as it's right by the park so I can kill two birds with one stone (so to speak). My only grumble is that a lot of products are not priced, especially the wine. I'd possibly buy more if I could see the prices as I don't like asking the staff .

I find one chap was not friendly or helpful.
It meant that I had to revisit the store 3 times to collect a small parcel that they were holding.
As a disabled person I have to cease using them for simple transactions.

A pokey little shop that sells your every day needs if you don't fancy going to the local supermarket, as someone once said 'it's a flea pit shop!' But at least you can get potatoes and eggs if you run out! It also does other stuff like parcel drop offs and pick ups which is handy, but has steps up to the front door so no good if you have had a skinful! The chap behind the counter needs to smile a bit more as well!

Never can post a parcel or pick it up. The printer apparently doesn’t work mostly if the time. Why would you sell derive if you can’t provide it

BEST SHOP EVER!
Very friendly people, don’t ID any more 😂 I been going to this shop every week since, 2011 🫡 So this shop been around since I was little.

Also been good, when your couple pence off they always let me off and people I know off. Very freindly guys and got to say, best small shop I ever been to ❤️

Just emptied a drink we got from arkwrites because it tasted like shi* the other day turns out there was mold and black gunk in the drink which has caused me to get ill this shop needs to be taken a look at.

Tried to steel a parcel. Telling us it had not been delivered. Had to threaten to call the police. Also asked for ID and took it (bank card) out the back of the store. We've ordered another. Most certainly would not trust this store

My daughter just went to the shop to buy milk and the lady of ethnic origin behind the counter was rude. My daughter was counting out the money to give to her ( my daughter is 12 so it wasn’t like it was painfully slow or anything) and the lady just kept waving her hand in my daughters direction and smirking at the other customers. It was Rude and intimidating to my daughter and I am not happy!! . So much for supporting local!!. I’ll go elsewhere! Rubbish customer service!
