Terrible service. Absolutely no way of contacting them about a problem and the online forms have not been working. They attempted to deliver my parcel twice on same day a few hours apart. I rescheduled the delivery and the tracking said it is going to be sent back to sender.

Aramex marked my parcel (Tracking: 37251141222) as “Delivered”, but I never received it. No knock, no call, no delivery attempt — nothing. The tracking info is completely false. This was an important parcel from India to the UK, and now it’s just gone. Customer service is unhelpful and offers no real solution. Extremely disappointed with this unreliable service.

My experience with them has been quite frustrating and I have not still gotten my parcel. Horrible delivery service, very deceptive and fraudulent. Avoid them for your own peace of mind.

My international house move from Doha to Glasgow was handled by Aramex (even though I booked E2E Global lines). They used a DPD courier to ship 450kgs of stuff and dumped it on my doorstep. Still waiting to hear as a 42 year old arthritic woman how I get this up 3 flights of stairs.

Very bad company. I do not recommend it to anyone. Waited months for my parcel didn't deliver it to my house, every time I would call them to see what happened with my parcel , they will make me wait up to 2 hrs and more and at the end the phone line cut off and no one would pick up. This company is terrible for customer service. This company is a scam...

Ordered 2 rackets which were coming from Malaysia. They did not deliver it to my house or my neighbour but they managed to get a signature from a guy called Hou Nipo (fake) a guy who doesn't exist even on google. They did not deliver it to me but yet not getting me a replacement or giving me my refund. Called and explained this to them over and over again. The selling is willing to give me a replacement as they also believe that it must have been stolen. This is how these companies rob you on a day light. They said they have proof which I believe is fake. Or the delivery guy signed it himself as no one from my house or the neighbours sign like that not does that name exist in this entire area. I also told them that the delivery guy may even have given it to some random strangers but they carry on claiming that they've delivered it. Also told them to go through insurance policy to get my replacement or refund and now they've blocked my number. It's quite disgusting and shocking how they steal your money on a day light. Many a times they've told me they'll get back to me but never did I receive a call from them. Misleading information!
