The guys at Glossop are all great! From start to finish all have been fab!

It was super easy to setup, and everything was explained clearly to me so there wasn't confusion. And got a nice refund for the weeks I didn't use my access fob and the days I paid for in advance after I moved out

Dealt with Stephen on the phone who answered all my questions. Met with Paul on the day who showed me around and dealt with my paperwork. Used John the ‘man with the van’ service who arrived promptly and gave guidance on packing the van. After a messy breakup and tears, John was lovely & didn’t rush me. All 3 were professional and polite. The facility is clean, dry & secure with decent opening hours.

Stayed there longer than expected but all the staff were always welcoming accommodating and I couldn’t have asked for better facilities. Excellent customer service and very polite would definitely use again and recommend.
