Is there justification for 'Stupid' ?
We are a business, our business hours are clearly stated on the door, 10am until 10pm.
Why would a driver attempt an early delivery on one day to find out that the business does not open until 10am, and then come back at the same time on the following day and leave another card ? ? ? It seems like a waste of fuel, time and paper.
A parcel company is paid to deliver a parcel, why should this be at their convenience and not for the convenience of the customer? It is not my concern or responsibility to work out delivery routes and times, but you would think that armed with knowledge about a business's opening hours, you might want to avoid that particular time on a subsequent delivery?
Because they have attempted delivery twice, they will not deliver it again and I am left to take at least an hour out of my day, to drive to the depot and pick it up.
We never get this issue with Parcel Force, DPD, UPS etc . . . and even Yodel and Evri seem to manage . . . and that is painful to admit !

IMPORTANT UPDATE :
We actually drove down to pick up the parcel, only to find it had been badly damaged in transit, ruining a £1000+ guitar. A complete waste of time ! 🙁

Today I had a pressing timeline that I needed help with in regards to a delivery that was on the way via APC. I called the Milton Keynes office and was supported by a friendly voice on the phone. There didn't seem to be much he could do to help me but I appreciated him trying and for giving me some other delivery options. About 20 minutes after I got off the phone, the local delivery driver who had the parcel I needed in Bedford by a certain time today, turned up in perfect time. The office I'd spoken to called him, and he came straight to me - also very friendly, kind service. I really really appreciate what these guys did for me today because my time frame issue wasn't theirs. But they showed up and helped me anyway. Thank you team - amazing! 🙂

I’m sorry, I have to use the word “liars” but it’s not the first time that they never attempt delivery and they pretend they did, and I have proof.
APC, please contact me if you want to know more.It wouldn’t be much of a shame if some of 🤦‍♂️ the better delivery companies picked up your parcels and you should go and do something else.

Avoid! Shockingly bad. Didn’t confirm rescheduled delivery, didn’t deliver on requested day with the no show text message coming through 9 hrs later. They then refused to redeliver and when I drove to them today to collect, it took them over 15 mins to find the package - which was completely trashed!! The only ‘positive’ was that the young man who had the unlucky job of giving the parcel to me was super polite and apologetic. Otherwise it was shambolic.

Waited in with my kids on half term holidays for 3 hours in the allocated time slot to have nothing arrive and no update at all. Then received a text the following morning to say it will be delivered that morning, whilst I'm driving to work. To not have an update in good time, to arrange something is massively unprofessional. So I thought I'd call them to see if they could help. I spoke with the manager at Milton Keynes, who 'wasn't sure' if the driver was coming back for today. So they might come back and might not. If not, they will come back on Monday, so I can wait in another day for them. Which I thought was a bit strange also! After explaining that they need a new system, IE one that informs the customer what's going on, he then wanted to end the call. Massively unprofessional, stick with DPD!

Worst courier service ever! I was at home and they didn't deliver my parcel, left some note instead, avoid if you can! They should get 0 stars for service

Not sure what peoples issue is with these guys. My order didn’t get delivered as I am in a flat, rang them up, gave them my tracking number, they found my item and said I can collect anytime up until half 6pm. Went over, spoke to someone and collected my item…wasn’t hard at all or what anyone else says.

They gave me allocated slot of 13.11 to 15.11 delivery, so I arranged to be home from work at this time, only to find out delivery had been attempted at 12.58 while I was still in the office. Very frustrating as I know have to travel to their pickup location to collect my medication. Why bother giving me a delivery slot if you aren't going to stick to it?
