We recently moved away from TNT to APC and cannot believe the difference in service. When you call them the phone is answered straight away by someone who is able to assist with your enquiry.

They offer a fantastic service with a late collection cut off allowing us to offer next day delivery to our customers who order goods from us mid-afternoon.

The online booking/tracking system is easy to use and the deliveries always arrive when they are meant to.

One of their drivers have hit my parked car and didn't stop. Luckily, it was witnessed and reg number was obtained. Back and forth with the delivery company before they found the driver responsible then told me to take my car to a body shop over half an hour away, when I refused and found a more local garage (which is my legal right to choose) APC have now stated that they're refusing to take responsibility as they "don't know the mechanic" I've chosen and apparently they only offered as a "gesture of good will" in the first place 😂
Police report filed for leaving the scene of a RTA without leaving details and will sue for damages. Must be idiots to think that they can hide from the law!
