Never known a more inept courier service in my life. I’d actually need convincing this is a real company.

First delivery - total failure, went to the wrong address and called me to tell me I’d have to contact the office to reschedule. No card, no text, no email.

Rescheduled - complete non-attempt and didn’t even visit the address. No further contact made to inform me of the attempt or next steps - totally left to me to sort.

This then starts the total circus of repeated calls to their friendly but clueless customer service team who “reassured” me it would be delivered the next day as it was just sat in their depot (again with no effort to contact me).

Lo and behold the delivery attempt was never made. I repeat the previous step 3 times as well as contact Amazon and continue to be “reassured” it will be delivered the next day.

This time I do get a text message saying the delivery window and also some tracking! Success… oh never mind. The delivery delays, delays and delays all day long as I watch the driver deliver to streets nearby until shortly rerouting miles away. It then gets to stupid hours in the evening, and I know they call themselves “overnight” but I didn’t think that meant literally! I then totally give up on this and go to bed.

Cannot comprehend how this is a real business. When voicing my concerns on the phone when being asked to “trust” that delivery would be made the next day I was met with incompetence. “So what happens when it inevitably doesn’t get delivered again?” “Hmm we’ll try the next day?”

It’s actually comical. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered this item and they couldn’t care 1 bit where it is or whether it’s going to make its way to me before 2032 or not. If it doesn’t they will just “try the next day?”

I’m not happy with APC! This not a very good delivery company! I’ve had ordered place for next day delivery! They never deliver it on time! I’m always having to come to the drop off depo to collect our STOCK for jobs we have booked the following day! There lack of delivering is causing a problem.

Had a delivery booked that cost quite abit. I was no longer going to be home so I went on the website to ask for it to go to a neighbour. The website was down and I could not put in my request. I put a note on my door. This was ignored and I also did not receive as missed delivery card. Second day the website was down so I could not reschedule. I rang the depot and the customer service advisor was useless. Said there was nothing they could do their end. Funny as I went through social media and the lady was very helpful.

My partner had his new work laptop sent to this void that has no information and no customer service.

It was sent as next day delivery and came a week later.

Highlights from phone conversations include
“Oh our driver just didn’t come today”
“You could come get it yourself”
“It’s not us you should complain to, it’s the shop you bought from”

If you see this there’s a chance it’s too late and you already ordered with them. Good luck is all I can say.

Received an email notification that a gift I sent was being delivered next day. No further updates via the tracking service. Phoned the Rayleigh (Essex) depot but was on hold for 10mins before I gave up.

APC cancelled the delivery . No reason or update given . Tired to call the local branch several times but no answer so I have no idea what’s happening to my parcel

Three years and they still can't deliver properly.
Regardless if I put a note not to deliver before 12pm, regardless if I speak to people at the depot, the drivers or head office.. "we tried to deliver your parcel at 0924 this morning but no one was in to receive it"

Delicate material arrived crushed. Driver delivered to wrong address and cancelled delivery. Would not recommend to anyone, even if they were the only delivery company in the UK.
