This is one of the worst companies ever. They are highly judgemental with prepared mindset. They are not honest or helping in difficult situation. The client best of interest is the last thing they will think about. You will need to call million time to get someone on the phone. They will send you reports after ages keeping you with your problem of drainage for a month or more despite having children. They are wasting your time with no mercy. Their agents will come to you with very polite attitude but they will say to something snd do something else. I do not recommend this service to anybody. They do not respect humanity.

After 14 years of collection by SMDC of our kennel waste the 'Crew' managed to burst kennel waste bags even after they were packaged as they requested and did not want to Work by jet washing the Bin lorry.. Let my business in the lurch by removing the waste bin and not even offering to collect the non hazardous waste. Emails ignored. Horrendous company

We had a missed collection on 21st Dec 23(for around the 8th time this year) and the previous collection was on 11th Dec, Cheshire east council contacted who were due to collect within the 5 working days after, but as normal this wasn't done, so when the collection was next due on 8.1.24. I placed 3 bin bags by the side of the full bin and when the bin was collected the 3 bin bags weren't, I managed to speak to the crew before they left and they refused to take them dispite the fact I explained the previous missed collection, so they have now been put in my bin making it half full already, absolute disgraceful service, so yet another complaint to the council, so now someone will have to come back and collect this, when they were only 50 feet away when I spoke to them. I will be suggesting the council terminate there contract with ANSA(All caught on camera and documented)

If I could give less than one star I would. I have phoned Cheshire east and Ansa weekly since the beginning of January to complain about no waste bags being left. Back or clear bags so we can recycle.

Star I would !
I have been trying to reach ANSA TRADE. For months regarding a dept letter they sent me even though I have no bin !! I am heavily pregnant and on a monthly basis I receive letters saying I owe money again I have no bin ?! I have rang , emailed phoned numerous times and nothing back !! The stress this has caused me is awful !! Stay away at all costs

Located bang on the doorstep of a residential area. Vehicles moving all hours day and night. Also the place creates a weird noise preventing a decent nights sleep. Totally stupid decision to base this here.
