The majority of the staff are lovely, however despite the closing time being 17:00, they choose to close early once the postman has been to collect the post. Several times I have arrived between 16:50 and 16:55, after racing home from work, and the shutters have been down. Tonight I drove past at 16:50 and it was open, I parked up and the shutters were half down when I got there. There was another disgruntled customer in the same situation. The staff then came out, said they were shut, I said they shut at 17:00! She looked at her watch, said “it’s 5 to”, shrugged and carried on locking up! Very poor and unreliable service!!

I have NEVER been so disrespected in my life, those to women that work in that post office, are horrible people saying I can no longer get my post delivered there.

If that is true then, they should be removed from a pick up point cause that's exactly what that place is, plus it's a post office as well,

Such Horrible people I will never be going there ever again.

You would think you would be able to post parcels at an POST OFFICE, but not from here, Postmistress flatly refused as I had 13 small size parcels to post. I can see why people are moving away Royal Mail when you can’t post a parcel at a Post Office.

Really nice friendly staff. The elderly post mistress is a credit to the post office, nothing is to much bother for her. Shes good at her job, happy with the service recieved each time.

Refused to change some bagged coins collected from a raffle for a nursery school because she didn’t have enough space on her counter since they had remodernised! Her words. Not a good enough service for a local village post office.
