Absolute waste of time trying to drop prepaid (Royal Mail Tracked) items here. Twice I’ve had to take it elsewhere as the scanner doesn’t work / resets / is slow. It feels as though the staff have had a load of equipment dumped on them with no training as they don’t really appear to know RM / Post office processes and struggle to use the equipment. Better off heading to the main post office in Stalybridge. Not necessarily the staffs fault but clearly training / product knowledge is inadequate!
