8 parking space before enter on side , so even when they are busy and yoh are early its space to wait

Do not go in return department . The items are for 2 people lifting but they expect you to process along . You refuse to lift something they are telling you that that is your job and if you don't have any health issues you have to do it ( if you are not a body builder you can actually lift 60-70% off the items) they are teaching you "techniques" to lift heavy items . You receive return of items that they are send with clamps driver out box is saying 4 people but when it comes back to return you are alone with just gloves as PPE . There is 1 m distance between you processing and moving forklift . They are items staying up right left unattended and they can fall on you . On a conversation that the management was there a item 2 m tall 1 m long fall exactly between them and they said smiling ( let's just pretend this didn't happen ) the pump trucks that you get to unload a lorry they are not up for the task and you see 2-3 people trying to push the palette out.

If you don't have the load on pallets you have site in the canteen,not safe for covid rules ,and in the yard are to many rules like park the trailer close to bay stop the engine and just after that you can open the doors of trailer,every one know the amazon have to many rules in the yard but this one is too much...,,safe"and they send drivers with van with 150 drops paid by how many drops you delivered thats really ,,safe".....
