Extremely disappointed by the behavior of an Amazon employee caught on video. The individual, driving a silver hatchback BMW (registration R555 ...), deliberately broke his car near a member of the public, then proceeded to spit on the ground close to them before walking back inside. This disgusting and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Amazon’s standards. Spitting in public is not only disrespectful but also a potential public health concern. I hope Amazon takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures their employees uphold better conduct.

This hub is trying to cover up poor performance at the expense of customers.

They send customers messages saying they attempted delivery when they haven't. I replied saying I'm home and available fro delivery and got an irrelevant automated message in return. Then, after I called Amazon to escalate it, they contacted the hub. The hub then called me twice but hang up as soon as it rung once, so it was impossible for me to speak to them. They followed that with an email from Constantine, saying they regretted they couldn't reach me on the phone, etc.They don't receive incoming emails, so my reply to the email never reached them.

They do this so the Amazon system shows they did everything right and the customer wasn't available, but in reality, it's the opposite. And they're getting away with it.

This is the second time in two weeks that I order something I need for next day delivery and they not only fail to deliver, but they play this little game.

The hub is 3.3miles away from my house. How difficult can this be?

Nice place for unloading/loading, they have a lot of vending machines and a big place for eating, showers, toilet…. all the facilities
