I ordered a high-value product, and the package went missing. When I reached out to customer service, they only mentioned that “it’s in transit and there’s a delay with unavoidable reasons,” which seemed suspicious and vague. Given the value of the product, I strongly believe that this is an inside job. It’s hard to understand how the package could just vanish without explanation. Funny how I had recently ordered something that wasn’t high valued but has arrived fine. This experience has completely undermined my trust in Amazon’s fulfilment process. I hope they investigate this matter seriously to prevent future issues.

Some of these drivers deserve to have their driving licence revoked most park completely on the pavement , on this occasion wouldn't move their van as trying to pass with pram, when I spoke to him he didn't care and walking back up the road he mounted pavement so hard it almost hit my child & me, there is no complaints sections about dangerous drivers. Van reg HN71 AYO colour white.

After more than 5 days of waiting for the second attempt, I went directly to the warehouse to ask if I could take the package, they told me I couldn't, so I asked how I can know when the delivery will be tried again and they told me that I had to change the day of delivery, so I asked them how to do it and they told me "I don't know"
I need that package as soon as possible.!

These people send me a confirmation stating they delivered my parcel leaving it god knows where!!!!
No photo taken no proof of where it’s been left no phone call!!!
