I've just had an unpleasant encounter with a driver delivering for Amazon, in vehicle registration number KN70 UVT. Your driver was delivering to my next door neighbour at 11 Chandlers Walk PL25 3NB. The female driver swung into the entrance to our drive and blocked me in just as I was about to pull out. She was delayed in her delivery, as my neighbours were out at the time. I got out of my car, and explained that I needed to get out and she told me I'd just have to wait. I pointed out that she could've just pulled up clear of our driveway. Her response was 'if I did that I'd be working all day'. Although I fail to see why that should be my problem.

I took a photo of her registration plate and at that point she got aggressive and argumentative. I've never had a problem with any of your drivers before and I've asked my next door neighbour to leave a bad delivery review as a result of your driver's thoughtless actions and attitude.

I might also add that I am a long-standing Amazon Prime customer, who has regular deliveries to my house and I certainly do not want people with that attitude at my front door.

I shall leave this matter for you to deal with as you see fit, but I will also be escalating my complaint to Amazon UK customer services.

Regards,
Andrea Gray

I just wanted to say a big thank you to one of your drivers for being so considerate today. I was riding my horse near Globe Vale holiday park, Radnor Redruth at about 1pm. It is a narrow road and the driver reversed into a lane and switched off his to allow me space to pass. Please could you thank the driver on my behalf as I think he deserves some recognition especially when they run on such a tight time schedule. I hope this message gets back to him đŸĨ°

Appalling service

"we've delivered the parcel" No you didn't. 5 times you've failed to deliver

"we left your parcel in a secure place" No you didn't. You never delivered it. We are at home all the time. I work from home

"we we're unable to deliver your parcel" Yes, you couldn't be bothered to

Our address is in plain writing is written on two of our gates and above the door of the house but you still cant deliver it.

Shocking service to say the least.

Delivery says put in letterbox, we were watching on the app and in our living room the whole time waiting on delivery - no delivery attempt was made at all and now I dont know where my package is. We have ring doorbell footage to show no attempt was made

They should take better care of parcels and make sure to give the people the right parcel. They threw my girlfriends parcel on the floor and gave her the wrong parcel. Amazon needs to take more care of the parcels and give better service.

There have been issues with my parcels being put on hold because they can't find my flat. After speaking to customer services when I got the email saying they ran into issues when attempting delivery at 2.15. I was told they would attempt to deliver it again today. Thing is he was literally around the corner on the first attempt to deliver, according to customer services. If he had bothered to read my instructions, he would have found my flat. I missed a phone call at 9:15 pm and was sent a text saying my parcels had been left on my doorstep. On Amazon on the tracking it has been marked as handed directly to the customer. I wasn't in so they haven't handed me anything. When I missed the call at 9.15 and got the text from the driver. I rushed up the road and called customer services again when my parcels were nowhere to be found. I read the text he sent me to Amazon customer services and they could see on their end that it had been marked as handed directly to me, when I wasn't in. The woman at Amazon kept saying he probably went to the wrong address and handed it to them. I told her I had a screenshot of the text saying the parcels were on my doorstep that I was prepared to forward to Amazon. I have to ring again on Friday to get a refund. I personally think he wasn't happy at being made to drive back to Hayle, but I feel the text he sent to me is inappropriate anyway. Either way I don't have my parcels.

Took Amazon Prime to try and ensure a prompt delivery and also provided very detailed delivery instructions. Waste of time. Totally ignored the delivery instructions, tried to deliver my item to the same wrong location two days running. The business had a completely different name. I mean, really? I spoke to their so called 'Customer Services' on three occasions and each time was promised a delivery the next day. Never happened, total shambles. It is clear the centralised CS team have no idea whatsoever about what is happening in the local distribution centre. Absolute shambles, had no option but to cancel the order. I have now bought the item in store which was easier and helped a local business.
