Long waiting time, the only good thing about this depot is that they have a decent driver's waiting area.
Postcode for this depot is not working on satnav, pinpoint on map Bob Dunn Way and turn right towards Sainsbury's on Rennie Drive and then follow the road towards Amazon 👍

Parking outside is rediculous trucks all over the gaff toilets facilities out of order toilets out of order sitting here for ages without having the minimum requirements! ONE portaloo to share with hundreds of drivers in one day is disgusting

This place is a joke! Reception don’t speak good English… dropping off one parcel and told to wait 20 minutes! how long do Amazon drivers get to do a drop Doubles standards !

As a truck driver, the yard is Huge! Loads of room to safely reverse your trailer into spacious bays.

All vehicle movements are overseen by a yard marshal. Not really necessary in such a large yard, but an extra pair of eyes can allways comes in handy.

Drivers cannot remain in the truck and must go to the drivers lounge once they've handed their keys to the marshal

Free coffee/tea/flavored water etc. Large smoking area and toilets

Friendly helpful staff. This place gives a great vibe to visiting lorry drivers. I enjoy going there

Good facilities for drivers with FREE hot drinks !
Large parking area designed to help the lorry drivers.
In general friendly staff.
The post code it's wrong. More helpful to use the neighbours one.

It’s about time. I did a review on Amazon UK.
I have been shopping with Amazon UK, for many years and I can positively say I have never had any serious issues that could not be resolved immediately, I have spent many thousands of pounds with them and only had to send one item back and my refund was paid as and when I was told I would get it back into my bank. Amazon is a very good retailer and quick to resolve problems if required this is only my experience. Amazon has come a long way over the years I only hope it stays this way I will update any review that needs to be addressed.
Please keep. up the good work Amazon.
