Amazon LBA4 - Doncaster

I have shipped some shipment from Austria to this fulfillment center (LBA4) the shipment was delivered with a photo, the name of the person that took the package: his name is T COOKE. The package was delivered on 28th November 2024 - 15:34.

Its been 3 months now, Amazon writes back on countless tickets that the shipment did not arrive.

It's thousands of euros damage. AMAZON And specifically this fulfillment center is responsible for this.

I am not sure what to do, there are a few options now that are in my mind:

* Hire a lawyer and sue Amazon for this so I can get my money back
* fly to this place and seek for help and search a leader of this team.

Tickets do not work,
I wrote with several employees. They do not help, just reply some answer.

Does someone has an idea or can help here?

As a delivery wagon driver. Amazon LBA 4 and LBA 2 are excellent sites for deliver/collections . The gate staff operate with professionally and speed. I can normally get in within a couple of minutes knowing exactly what I need to do. Ample facilities on both sides of building, warm area to wait with food and (FREE) drinks, TV on walls. Love coming to thus place. By far best amazon site in for work I do.

all i can say is wow. i don’t know where to report this but my sons play station controller sadly broke as he was playing tig with it and he ACCIDENTALLY threw it against the wall since the controller APPARENTLY “bad mouthed him” (i’m not down with the lingo of the youth these days but i think that means it was trying to seduce him) anyways i ordered the controller he wanted which was a wallace and gromit wensleydale cheese one since he has a pet cheese that he takes to bed every night which i find weird to be truthful with you because WHO ON EARTH TAKES CHEESE TO BED and instead of a controller coming an object which had the description “12 inch fantasy bringing octopus claw” came through the post but sadly had to be left behind the back of the house said the delivery driver as it did not “fit” through the post box. i gave it a go but sadly it isn’t really abit of me. thank you anyways but i would like to ask if i could return it and just get a control instead so this child will stop nagging me.

I give them 3 stars! 2 out of 3 years were lovely! Then everything went south 😔 management should get their A-game back up.

Large depo. Awesome guys . Lorry parking before entrance . Fast tipping. Not late more than 30 min. Same with the entry.4 star only cz they dont have toilets outside gates while waiting
