Everytime been here seems ok delivery time varies between 30 mins to 1hr 30, toilets and vending machine available.

WOW - had a great tour it took 1 hr 20 mins, so much to look at take in and the tour guide,Alan, was really informative. A very impressive set up. We took our 3 teenagers & they thoroughly enjoyed it especially the freebie at the end - would recommend anyone to take the tour, all ages would enjoy it 👍 Thank you Amazon

Really great tour, brilliant to see the warehouse in action, and even got to see a fault and the engineers quickly come out, fix it, and safely get things moving again. There was a clear focus on safety throughout, and I picked up on simple things like domed mirrors at the entry to every aisle to see if anybody was present or heading your way. Staff all seemed happy, and I saw no whips brought out to spur them on towards their targets!

For such a big company its shocking how unorganised this place is after tge near impossible check in at the gate house was told to go on a bay after about half hour on the bay was told to move to another bay and two and half hours later im still not tipped

Always found this place to be the best one out of all the Amazons(all of Europe) I've delivered to, until today. I really have no ideea how much of a jerk you have to be to do this. Could as easily just put it aside

For something you go do for free, this was fantastic. Everyone on the tour was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. It was a really interesting insight into how the warehouse works from start to finished. Well worth a trip.
