I’m leaving 1 star as I cannot give 0, the manager is treating badly the drivers, messing with the routes, not listening to their concerns. He has few drivers from the same country with him, that are his favourites.

Delivery from Harlow normally good

BUT forget this when considering expensive or bulky items. Deliveries delayed, not attempted, drivers not finishing round then making excuses. Promises from Customer Services consistently broken. Lies about rescheduled deliveries

Official Complaint being made, but doubt anyone will be held to account (despite proven lies, possible theft / fraud, and complete incompetence

Will consider alternative purchase methods in future, even if it is more hassle at times

I will never ever ever be an amazon customer again 75 euro in call charges to set out their mistake in sending me the wrong items and to sort the incompetence in sorting out the expenses incurred and returns. No wonder Amazon loosing European customers in their droves. Disgraceful customer service and attitude. Not withstanding their disgusting practice of charging for Amazon prime video without authorisation or subscription.

bobby mansell and astin christian douglas wigley delivered my parcel entered my home started making lamb and garlic bread and then kidnapped my 5 year old sister and renamed her barbara wigley mansell. they also had a bath in my home and stole my soap they proceeded to get in my mums bed and watch horror movies. they also went up and down my hallway on my hoverboard and crashed into the stairs. they also went on gta and re acted 911. then before they left they started downing my vodka and danced on my table screaming im king of charlottes castle. all that and i still didn’t get my parcel

One worker with glasses clearly cares more about his pointless medals on his hi-vis rather then his actual job, supposed to be a supervisor or a leader however very unprofessional, arrogant and clueless

Absolute rubbish Amazon sorting facility... It's not the first time that parcels get there and they don't deliver them but they keep delivering everything else to our address, just not a few selected ones. For that reason I belive that there is some kind of scheme to "lose" this parcels so they end up going somewhere else for free... It's a shame... Have reported this enoumerous times to Amazon and they keep doing it all the time!
