Still waiting for a delivery from Friday just gone and they just keep saying it's on the way. But today the van showed up without my package. So called customer services and they said the same thing. The delivery driver lied about attempted delivery when I was waiting outside for it. Bet he/she stole my parcel. And they are refusing to give me a refund!!!!!!

I was given the wrong directions by the employer. I arrived late by ten minutes. I was then refused to expedite any further job details. Arrogant Amazon staff didn't want to help or assist. Horrific experience. Avoid. Very poor and unprofessional.

Got stuck in a queue of traffic by this monstrosity. Was hot, sweaty & very bored. If this place was bulldozed & replaced by trees the M49 would be a better place to be trapped on, & the world, in general, would be greatly improved.

One of your drivers did not deliver a parcel to my door, but handed my parcel to the person who delivered it to me. as far as I know, it is the driver's responsibility, not the neighbour's, to deliver what is to be delivered. This is not the first time this girl has left my parcel on the ground floor of a building instead of delivering it to my floor. On top of that, she lied when she wrote that she delivered to a neighbour.
