I had a terrible experience in this shop months ago with a shop keeper who is so aggressive towards people who are just trying to collect their parcels (which he has agreed to accept and benefits from!) I vowed never to use this place again and wish I had told friends and family.
It's worrying to see all the reviews before me describing the exact same experience. Then today my fiance came home today very shaken up and distraught she couldn't pick up her parcel so we went back together, he immediately started shouting at us despite us being polite on entry and trying to explain the process to him. We wouldn't leave until he gave us the parcel as we knew it was there as the delivery driver had taken a picture of it in the shop. We had all the required bar codes but he just refuses to give people their property. In the end he pulled it out from under his counter and told us to take it and not to come back, I think he only gave it to get us out as a queue was building up.
Reading other reviews not connected to the parcels they are pretty positive whereas all the parcel ones are terrible and confrontational. This suggests to me he doesn't like providing this service and is rude to anyone who enters his shop requiring it. He should discontinue this or have it taken away from him as I dread to think how many parcels have gone 'missing' due to this man.

Quite rude shopkeeper. Scanned my barcode and gave me the parcels then took them back. Said the machine told him to take it back. After multiple attempts and 25mins wasted, he gave me the receipt from the machine that said he needed to enter my code to approve the parcel. I told him what the receipt said, he got defensive and refused to do it. Said I am the problem, not him or the machine so I should leave it 7 days and he will send it back

If I could I would put absolute zero. Shop owner decided that he’s not taking any Amazon returns, even though he has a binding contract with them. Once you bokom return system automatically takes you to that horrible location with shop owner who gives you attitude and being absolutely rude and disrespectful towards Amazon customers. If you experienced what I experience today, being abused and my parcel was not accepted I do advice you contact Amazon re your experience in that rat hole. Avoid! At all cost

Aggressive and Abusive to women absolutely vile and disgusting human. I had a prebooked label to return a small Amazon package (booked through Amazon) and he yelled at me in front on a group of customers refusing to accept anything from Amazon despite the fact the Amazon website directs you to the shop and supplies a QR Code specifically for that shop ONLY Apparently he only receives !

Treats men very differently .. just witnessed his friendly nature to multiple men!

The store owner has the worst manners, this complaint has nothing to do with the fact that his English isn’t the best, but rather the way he communicates with aggression.

- Didn’t ask me for any ID, or code, just my name, like 3 times.
- Walked around the store cluelessly and nearly gave up (made faces like he had no other solutions), until I asked if he wanted a code, to which he said yes.
- Got angry because the order is from DHL and not Amazon, and he typed the code for the wrong company.
- Shouted at me to not leave, as he went round to grab a scanner. (The package weighing about 15kg was on the floor).

Overall he wasn’t pleasant, the process could’ve been much easier and quicker.

This Amazon Hub REFUSED my parcel return leaving me in the lurch! They said they have nothing to do with Amazon Returns!!!! Won’t use again, won’t buy anything ever again and would suggest strong boycott to all my relations in Enfield

Went to return Amazon packages and was told “the machine was broken”.

The fact that they haven’t removed their location from Amazon’s lists reeks of incompetence and carelessness.

Useless.
