Natalie is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She is rude and will happily raise her voice and interrupt people when they are simply trying to do their job. I would advise she really think about what she's doing before getting aggressive over the phone because someone hasn't been able to answer their emails because they were off on bereavement leave. If someone is on emergency Bereavement, Natalie due to the death of their husband.. Chances are they won't answer their email.

Useless!!!! Could not organize the proverbial in a brewery!!
Got a heavy delivery, they have fork truck big enough... But only one person can drive it, had to wait an hour for him to show up...
Then fork truck has no gas!!!
Been here hour and a half to offload one pallet.
Hope I never have to come here again!!!

Absolutely diabolical company. I wouldn't give them 1 star if it's possible.

We purchased tiles from Italy and the tiles got to Alpi UK Basildon depot quicker than Alpi could deliver to us in Devon - 10 days in their warehouse!

We advised them on several occasions that our delivery would have to be on a small vehicle or a large vehicle with a small vehicle to shuttle tiles to our home from a drop off point 2 mins away. But no, they sent a 12 ton lorry that had a hope in hells chance of delivering.

Driver then took our tiles to STR logistics Exeter 'for holding'. We arranged with STR to deliver them the following day with a box Luton van.
What a difference, STR are terrific.

Why on earth Alpi UK couldn't do this I will never know. Bloody useless!!!!

Alpi has been the European freight forwarder for a well known luxury high street brand since founded in the '90. Excellent service, can-do attitude that helped us to get delayed production in the stores on time for launches.

Really bad shipping services, rude drivers and company don’t care about the customers. Delivery drivers don’t want even unload small goods from the van and deliver them to the door of the building.

Apparently it's normal to wait 3-4hrs to unload a trailer...... Worst service and staff, gives a new meaning to GO SLOW!
