Tried twice to pick up a parcel. Not open! Both normal times in the afternoon. Advertised as open from 6 till 22.00. My daughter paid £6 for next day delivery. Will be four days when we try again on Monday!

I wouldn’t even give one star. Very disrespectful staff members. They don’t even know the opening and closing times
i went at 7:30 pm and they said it’s closed. The timings on google show open until 22:00
when asked what time it will open they were like when the shops open very rudely
please train your staff to be polite to customers

Always an excuse for the post office not being open.
First time i visited the store the man behind the till said to me “are you looking for vapes”, i was so offended. The store is also an absolute state, I can’t believe management allow it to stay open.

Stopped using this post office around 2 years ago, due to sporadic opening times. It was owned by Spar then... I think

Started going back over the past 2 weeks due to needing tracked parcels scanning. Always struggling to servce customers so people have to wait. Busy times happen... but today it was business as I remember. Walk in, staff looks at me and my carrier bag with parcels and promptly tells me thay cant take parcels as the post office is shut.... but she was able to help different customers at the post office. Said she could not scan them in.

So now I have customers who have paid for Tracked 24, that I cannot post until they feel like opening again. Really pointless post office in an area that really could do with some reliability.

I would give it no stars if I could. The post office counter is very unreliable in abiding by its own opening hours, and frequently lets the local residents down. I live nearby and have used the post office counter, or more accurately have tried to, many times, but it regularly closes when it should be open. It needs to be managed properly and more staff trained up for the post office counter. If it continues I will complain to the post office. The shop is getting paid by them to provide a reliable service, but it is falling way short.

10am on a weekday, a man behind the counter told me „the post office is shut at the moment”, so I asked when does it open and he said „am.. around 11, probably…”

Sunday afternoon I received notification that a parcel had arrived and was available for collection. When I arrived I was told that neither of the staff on duty were trained nor authorised to deal with post office matters. Failing to ensure that rostered staff can carry out the full range of services is management incompetence.
