Good morning. To confirm my rating I contacted All Trades last Monday and asked for a quotation for redwood t&g. I was told this would be emailed to me the same day. Having not received anything I phoned the next day and this time got a name. I was again assured that I would be emailed with the details. Nothing by Wednesday so I went to your offices and spoke to someone (I am leaving names out) who printed off an estimate for me. Happy I went home only to find that I had been given an estimate for 5inch not 6inch t&g. (My fault i should have checked at the desk) So I duly returned the next day(Thursday) and explained this. I was advised that I would be contacted with the correct details. It is now Tuesday so I have turned to LBS and it was sorted in 10 minutes.

Excellent range of products. Good quality.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Some giving of their time to show us various items. Rob took time out to show us the different colours of outdoor natural slate.
There is a much better experience than at chain stores.
