Worst courier I've ever used. They went to the wrong place, after I called them to say the driver had driven past (as I could see on the tracking), they told me to wait as he was still out for delivery. When I called them they said the driver had reported me as not in. I organised with them to deliver the next day before 11. Next thing I know it's organised for Monday, when I'm away. Absolutely awful how they let so many mistakes happen. Stay well clear.

First, a long time ago, got a refusal to deliver perishable goods because it was a flat and to do the deliver to the door they “would have to temporarily park over double yellows”. Other companies do it somehow, but not everyone is competent, fine.

Now, I got perishable goods for -someone else-, with -someone else’s address- (but same number) delivered to my door.

This highlights that parking is in fact not a problem, but doing their job is.

Such wonderful customer service to support a small and growing business. We used another delivery service for a long time and were tired of slow returns, damage and inefficiencies, so we decided to swap. We are so glad we did, APC keep my customers parcels safe, they have been so helpful when I have inputted the wrong address, and my customers have complemented me on an improved service. I can't recommended highly enough.

I was using another Courier service that had started to let me down, APC stepped in and i haven't looked back, The staff that i have had dealings with have always been friendly and they Know their stuff inside out, the account set up was easy and their online tracking service works great. exactly what you need from a delivery service, Deliveries so far have always been on time or early, even on the before 12noon deliveries , the pick up driver is always on time and has been flexible as to when our parcels are collected , would recommend to anyone who asks. Top marks all round

Our customers often praise us on our fast and efficient service. Over the last few years of using APC as our delivery company, they haven't let us down once. Making and selling products is only one half of our business, delivering the items to the customer is the second. APC are that second half.

Having ordered something that didn't turn up on the informed delivery date I contacted Cambridge, After talking to a very nice guy and explaining the problem he pulled out all the stops to get it delivered the next day. Very well done the Cambridge branch, that's what I call service.

Definitely worthy of 5 stars. We had packages to be delivered to 2 addresses in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. They were collected early Wednesday morning and were delivered the following day (even though it was New Year's Eve) at 8.30 am and 2pm respectively. Superb friendly and professional service. Can't speak too highly in our recommendation of this company.

A lot of courier companies get a bad reputation however All Parcels Cambridge Ltd is by far the best one i have had the pleasure of dealing with. The customer service team are friendly and approachable and are always willing to help. The drivers always show up on time with a smile. I would definitely recommend All Parcels Cambridge Ltd.
