Asked me to watch another induction video and take a test which I passed. Then said I could get on with it. Get on with what, I asked? Unloading the lorry, I was told. Told, not asked! So being a team player, I cracked on. Got 3 pallets off and was told I needed to turn each pallet 90 degrees when I drop them in the lane in the warehouse. So that was 23 pallets I put down, moved around, picked up again and put in the lane. Upon completing their job, I let the staff know and waited for the paperwork to be signed, and waited. Eventually, after waiting for me to finish and then deciding to check the whole delivery, I was given the paperwork. I certainly wasn't thanked! Nor offered use of any facilities or a thank you coffee to send me on my way.
Aldi need to do better. Employ the staff you need to run your warehouse and you definitely need to change the layout of the unloading lanes to accommodate the pallets as they come off the lorrys as a priority.

Nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Not so sure about the senior managers, I got the feeling that they work the employee's in to the ground. The pay sounds good. I did not see any English born people in management positions and very few British people appear to apply, don't know why?

Arigant behavior of employees, they think that the driver will work for free, pay £ 165 for delivery to two stores but you work 14 hours a day. drivers report to others to the office, not a nice work atmosphere and you have to hurry forever. Avoid this place if you are a driver. The person who trained me did not know the concept of tachograph and reported to the office that my card does not work which was not true because this donkey can not read what was written on the screen, ran the truck with the phone, unloaded the phone and turned the pallet on the floor and after
Given feedback to Aldi Office because I were setting off the lane sensor whilst going down the motorway and I’m driving too close to the pavement , It's strange because the day before he drive exactly the same.

On chill delivery is just perfect. Checkers do the job when driver unloading trailor so after all there is no waisting time to wait for delivery notes, it's ready 2 min later after driver close loading bay. Great depot.

Good distribution centre. Like all Aldi and Lidls driver has to unload themselves but I prefer that. Generally very friendly staff too. They only accept deliveries between 6am and midday. On arrival Park in queue on left on approach Road and walk up to security to book yourself in.

Same as all Aldis but if you want us to unload ourself at least give us decent pallet trucks. I have to check 3 before find the one which worked. And no toilet for drivers in the building but only one in the gate house.

Good RDC staff are always helpful. Self tip but helps to get you out quickly. Just be careful of the surface in the yard when wet it's like driving on ice.

Staff here are rude and ask for date of birth for training purposes I gave no date of birth and was told I'd refused to unload. What are they doing with my personal information?
