Staff on floor 100% helpful an do a great job.health an safety should be a upmost importance ! Which on floor they are. But I was in on Sunday an saw a truck pull off bay ramp on door up red light on !!! Was a foreigner he say he was told to pull off bay by office staff ! The worker didn't belive him he said no way they say that but he insisted, to which i took myself to office and asked did you tell foreign man to pull off bay on red light they said probably we couldn't understand him !! No incident form filled in just a shrug let's hope next time no one gets hurt !

I was booked in at 10am yesterday. I turned up at 09:40 and finally left at 15:40 (6hrs). While waiting for my paperwork I asked to speak to a manager, not sure who I spoke to. Communication was poor and unhelpful! When speaking to someone who I believed to be the manager she was repeating herself and going round in circles, I was in limbo. When processing stock the staff seemed inificent. As Aldi are one of the front running supermarkets this doesn't give me much hope. Very disappointed!!

It's self tip site. staff are normally good.
Just need to keep a eye on the truck in front of you.

The lanes inside the warehouse are full. So have to wait ages for the staff to make room .

Self tip all pallets must be correct way all goods must be sorted together and the electric pump truks have seen better days and mostly flat or low on charge

First & Last Time delivering to this RDC. Gateman was rude, I got parked on a bay, put my self on a break then took my keys & paperwork to the office to be given a knife to go unload my own vehicle when I hadn't had a break & was busting for the toilet for over an hour before, to have to stand in a fridge for over 90 mins to unload my own vehicle, if I wanted a warehouse job I would of got one.

Always having to wait to get on a bay then get an empty lane. Driver has to unload and then sort everythin. Drivers drive a truck from A 2 B not have to load and sort pallets for the warehouse staff.

Word of advice, if you need remove ratchet straps, follow in straight after the reg number given to you by security, and get in straight to the bay!!!

I lost my place on the queue as I was unstrapping ratchet straps in the parking bay, and gets quite busy. Now have to be on the queue now. Not much space in warehouse as well.👎🏻
