By some way the best selection of spices on Mill Road, plus so much more. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly, especially Sabrina who helped me track down everything I needed this morning. Highly recommended!

The loveliest folks with the best produce, meat, and essentials. They have the most diverse, well-stocked spice selection I have seen in England. Mill Rd has many tempting grocery options but this is easily my favorite

1. Disgustingly profiteering from the pandemic. No prices displayed for meat - they were extortionate when rung up at till. Spice Gate down the road had slightly increased prices, as other shops had - nothing as much as these price gougers.

2. My wife was in queue for meat. The man kept serving other men and ignored my wife continuously till all men had been served. Disgusting misogynistic behaviour.

Overall good selection of produce and food. Butchers are also available however they are overpriced compared to some others few blocks away. However their range of Indian products are decent. Most common ingredients is readily available. They do have the best Baklava and dates. Would recommend this shop. Staff are friendly and welcoming, overall good business.

Good variety of products but I always feel that I am ripped off and stuff are not friendly and welcoming.
Prices are more expensive than everywhere else, price labes are confusing and they never give the receipt at the till.
I went shopping yesterday and I was shocked to see them selling super market branded spices more than double the price ! Taking off the supermarket name. This is so unethical and I think illegal too, will never be there again.

Very very costly. Product quality is good but not value for money. Excessive cost. You can find same quality in cheaper option in NIP IN store which is on same street 5 mins walkable from Al Amin.
I purchased 1 kg NATCO POWA rice flake for 5 pound which you can get easily for 3-3.5 pound in other stores with same quality.

Has a wide range of produce and spices. However because their POS machine was still 'swipe and signature' and not the current updated 'Chip & Pin' machine, it was difficult for them to accept my international card payment, which I have used throughout elsewhere with no problems. I was given a hard time and it turned into a real fiasco, even though my payment still went through. Because of this I won't be purchasing my regular groceries here again.

I visited today and asked for advice on what spices to get and ended up getting a full on cooking class advice session from the store owner, a lovely man who adores cooking and was kind enough to spend so much time sharing his wisdom with me. This is genuinely the place to go for your culinary needs in Cambridge especially Indian food, herbs and spices. I cannot recommend this place enough and hope more people support this independent business- truly this was the best most personal and useful customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you again!
