We recently relocated to the UK from Saudi Arabia.
Al-Arabia Cargo were the Company we had used going out there 3 years ago and I dealt with Ahmed. He was so efficient and prompt, came to the house personally to help pack and ensure safe transport. When my very fine China dishes got to Saudi, I was very impressed that not a single chip or crack could be seen.
So when it was time to come home to UK, I contacted Ahmed to help, because I couldn't seem to find a reliable agency out there. Once again he rose to the challenge. And although the journey back was tricky and there were hiccups along the way....Ahmed and the team...Ziyad, Mustafa, Ayman and several others, were absolutely fantastic. They were always available and prompt and every thing got dealth with professionally. I am pleased to report that all our shipment has been safely delivered to us in a timely, efficient manner.
I have already recommended them to my friends. And I would most certainly use them again. Thank you, Ahmed!

Aman and Ahmad kept us informed via email and text messages. getting our container released, and trucking , all of this was faultless. All Questions answered truthfully. I strongly advise against using this company's services. I sent three boxes to Germany, and only two were delivered. When I contacted the company, they assured me they would take full responsibility for the missing box. Before shipping, I explicitly asked if any additional steps were necessary to ensure smooth customs clearance, and they confidently assured me everything was in order.

However, when the third box was returned to the UK, the company offered me a choice: a full refund or reshipping the box to Germany at no extra cost. I chose the refund. Yet, they then reneged on their promise, refusing to provide a full refund, claiming they were waiting for compensation from their partner cargo companies. This is completely unacceptable, as it is not my responsibility to bear the burden of their logistical issues.

After countless delays and frustrating conversations, they finally offered to refund only £40 out of the £70 I paid. It felt as though I was begging for money that was rightfully mine. Ultimately, after further discussions, they grudgingly agreed to pay an additional £10, but by that point, the issue was no longer about the money—it was about principle.

This company is not honest, and their customer service is appalling. I strongly recommend that you avoid using their services.

I ship car parts frequently and most logistics companies I’ve worked with are pretty annoying to deal with or overly expensive. They delay your shipments for no real reason. Many of them do such a bad job wrapping fragile items, my 3 year old son could’ve done it better. Alarabia is the exact opposite. They’re fast, affordable, deliver on time and do a proper job wrapping items safely. They have been keeping me updated throughout, by sending me photos of my items and letting me know when my shipment will arrive. I will be shipping through these guys again for sure. Keep it up!

They really care, don’t have automated answering as some will pick the phone or will call back, think out of the box and deliver your commodity with utmost care.

Had a 40 foot container to be delivered to my property currently under refurbishment. Ahmed (the Office Manager) visited the property/site to plan how the container is going to be unloaded, addressing all site hazards and decided to deploy truck with crane to lift the container and placed it on the ground (to prevent drop fall for heavy & bulky furniture) and deploedy 6 strong handlers to unload the container.

Contracted haulage company (delivering the container) got delayed for 5.5 hours but Alarabiya Team stayed on site to unload it at no extra expense.

Special thanks to Ahmed (Office Manager), Mustafa (Accountant and logistics Manager, who kept me updated even out of office hours), and Fadil (foreman for the unloading team).

Well done Alarabiya Cargo, you handled my cargo with Utmost Care.
