So I'm looking for Tax advisory services, and when I reviewed this company's services on their website it appeared that they only offer Accountancy and I believe VAT reporting services. I wanted to confirm with them if they do or dont offer Tax advisory services, just in case. I decided to send them an email and I got the following response from one of their partners which I felt had a slightly unprofessional tone, no proper clarity, and felt very abrupt:

"Hello E..
Thank you for your enquiry.
This is not of interest tome so I will politely decline."

Yes a business can refuse to provide any service at their own discretion but this is not an appropriate response to anyone.

Edit: I got a response with them stating that they do offer tax advisory services but they refused to engage with me because I simply asked if they happened to provide Crypto tax advice (as a number of companies do provide those services), but my main aim was around CGT tax and Personal Assessment tax services, I never stated in my initial email that I have any dealings with Cryptocurrency. They took a very hostile approach to responding and this is quite concerning, I wouldnt be dealing with a company that dismisses any clients on a whim.
