I give 2 rather than 1 stars only because my delivery arrived on time. Other than that the people that came were awful. My wife who is 39weeks pregnant was home to take the delivery and the guys who wouldn’t even look her in the eye and smelled really bad dumped the 5 big heavy boxes in the hallway and made a fuss that she wanted them in the room I had payed to have it delivered to. The biggest issue I had though was that they made 2 gashes on my brand new wallpaper and made a hole in my plaster work under the stairs. Having been a delivery driver working with similar items to the bunk bed I ordered, I can say with certainty that they knew they hit the walls and chose to keep quiet about it. Really an awful experience for my wife with an outcome that will cost me a few quid

I would give them -5*, but not possible.
They had to deliver a brand new Samsung fridge. The fridge was damaged and I had to return it, my property has been damaged also (door entrance, walls and another door inside).
When I claimed the damage, they asked for proofs, then they said they can't see them and finally they said it's my fault and accused me to treat their staff inappropriately. Maybe because I offered them cans of Coke after they damaged my property.
Different staff coming for collection. They were not able to get the fridge out, until I helped them. No basic manual handling training or equipment.
On the other hand, customer services even worse. No real interest to sort it out, just to put excuses and to threaten the customer.
I have no words...

Absolutely awful service. On answering the door the delivery man started by saying bad news, we can't deliver you bed and that was the start of the conversation. They hadn't even been inside and were insisting they couldnt deliver it upstairs. How can they not take a mattress up a standard set of stairs? I've seen houses with worse stair cases/access who have had no problems moving furniture in/out. They then started insisting on leaving it downstairs becuase they don't want to damage the walls and aren't allowed to bend the mattress. I'm 35 weeks pregnant, how is that going to help?!
If they knew what they were doing they wouldn't need to bend it. In my opinion they just couldn't be bothered.
They even said can my builders bring it upstairs for me. Why should they do that when it isn't their job but is the job of the delivery guys
They've left it in my conservatory and considering they said they can't bend it, it sure looks bent in the positon they've left it!
I now have to find someone to help my husband take it upstairs. What a waste of space that service was.
100% avoiding in the future.

Appalling service. I was told the night before delivery was due that it would be a day late. Had a builder booksd to assemble product. Boxes arrived bashed and torn. Marked fragile with arrows and they were rolled top to bottom up the stairs, leaving a trail of mud on my brand new stair carpet. I will never order any item from a company that uses panther for delivery ever. Product is a triple wardrobe with a mirror door. I am disabled and not able to open boxes to check inside. Now i have to wait until the new year to check boxes when builder comes. If bits are damaged then it will be another wasted booking of the builder. Awful service. Terrible couldnt care less attitude from delivery guys and admin office.

They said it didn’t fit but I said it did as I had measurements. (I showed diamevsions) They left it in the hall where I couldn’t shut the front door, access another room or stairs. I had waited since 8.25 and it came about 5.30. I’m on my own. They said only way it would go through was take radiator or door off. I said it just needed the cardboard removing, again stating snd showing sizes, but they basically wanted to leave it there. So they were happy to leave a woman on her own with two children without access and security, just because they didn’t want to take cardboard off? They kept asking if I was happy Of course I wasn’t. I refused to sign as I couldn’t check it and had to ask them to leave. After being left in tears, I gathered myself together and removed the cardboard and moved it myself. A 8.5 stone woman, giving up on humanity! It took me 30 mins. They could have done it in 10 if they stop trying to get out of helping and been considerate. They were there longer asking if I was happy. left with a very sad feeling about society today

If I could give a zero I would.... firstly I paid £800 for an LG washer dryer with delivery, installation and removal of my old appliance 8.01.24 I received a delivery slot for 1.02pm-3.02pm.......5.5 hours late after 8pm the delivery guys arrived, hardly any English spoken (two guys) no sorry, nothing..... they removed my old appliance and worked weirdly quietly......I was then asked to turn on the water, called my husband, then they literally vanished.... no testing of machine nothing, no good bye, didn't even ask me for my code to state they have installed successfully and I was happy...(they obviously need why)

So as stated they literally left my house and slammed the door.

Hubby and I went to inspect our machine........ they had totally broken the dispenser draw hence the fleeing.

9.1.24 I phoned LG they said to test the machine worked....... so I put a few clothes in and cycle....... the back water inlet pipe was leaking they used my old pipe and didn't even screw it in properly leaving the LG new pipe on the side.

So basically my hubby and son had to reinstall the machine, try and level it, use the LG water input pipe etc

So not only did they arrive 5.5hrs late, broke my machine, didn't install it properly, they left without saying a word they also took the 4 bolts at the back with them (I needed those incase I move soon to put back) and the ly took the spanner the manual came with to adjust the ferry on each corner.

They are disgusting... never experienced abutting like it.

I reported all this on the Panther WhatsApp... shouldn't even have bothered as the reply was as atrocious as the delivery and install.

Totally avoid if you want a working machine!

Update........ and still not good!

So a few days after posting this review I got a call from Nelly who was very apologetic and helpful offered to send flowers for to inconvenience, I kindly declined the flowers offer as I only want my drawer dispenser replaced. I was told that they are working with LG to replace the drawer dispenser asap.

Following this I got another call the next day this time from an apologetic Alex studying now or less the same thing........

Two weeks later 24.01.24..... guess what I'm still chasing....... I've called Panther 4 times today each time was told to redial (as they couldn't put me trug directly to correct team)..... this time I got through to CS who took my details and full STORY again to be put in hold for ages AGAIN only to be told Alex is still trying to sort out my issue!

So no I'm not happy! And STILL waiting!

The communication was really good but the delivery drivers were lacking. They hit one of the fridges and put a hole in the packaging. When I asked them to unpack it and check for damage they said it's not part of the service as they only deliver.
I since found out this to be a lie.
I am now in communication with the distributor to arrange a repair/replacement door

Panther provided me with an excellent service.. I received a text with a date and time for delivery of my furniture and unexpectedly, I wasn't going to be home. At the last minute, I called Panther who put me in touch directly with the driver. He was very willing to change the delivery address and deliver to my neighbour. It was very refreshing to actually speak to a real person at Panther, and not a robot. In addition they have an excellent tracking system and I could see exactly where the driver was as any given time, which allowed me to keep my neighbour informed of the expected time. It worked out perfectly. I know there are some poor reviews here, but I would highly recommend Panther based on the service I received.
