Terrible do not recommend. It’s really far away from the airport for starters, the parking bays are very tight and the entire car park is pitch black and very unsafe to walk around. Upon your return the bus drops you off in the middle (in complete darkness in our case) and leaves you to somehow find your car without a point of reference. The tarmac is very uneven with huge deep pot holes which create massive puddles, one of which is right outside the drop of area. I had the pleasure of stepping right in it after getting off the bus and can confirm it is at least 30cm deep and could cause serious harm to people and cars. Never using this car park again.

I had a number of issues with this parking we used (as did a number of other people having discussed it with other passengers). We allowed an additional hour for parking due to the recent fire. However it stated on the booking site it was 14 minutes from the terminal. This was inaccurate. Buses only went every 20 minutes, it then took 25 minutes to get to the terminal. We also had to wait 15 minutes to even get in the car park with around 4-5 people in front, they were so slow. Once in it, it was the worst car park I have even been in. The tarmac was uneven, full of massive puddles, and suitcases could not be dragged along. There was virtually no lighting, and we had to rely on other cars with lights to see to get to our car. The bus stop was pitch dark. On return we had the same issues, and it was difficult to get out of the car park due to the lack of signage, and multiple cones in place of any road markings as it was a dirt track not a road. It did not feel safe walking across the car park and also I didn't feel happy to have left our cars in such pitch darkness for two nights. This service was terrible and we almost missed our flight on the way to Barcelona due to the inaccuracy of the description even though we arrived an hour earlier than usual.

Absolute joke. They got all these fancy cameras around the parking lot but apparently they can't check and see how I magically got a flat tire in only 4 days away (after inflating all of them, since I drive for 2 hours to get here)
The short African man at the gate also just laughed about it after I finished talking to him in his broken English and left.
Will only use justpark from now, never this again

AirParks Self Park - very good value and efficient service. Shout out to the employee that helped me locate my MacBook that was left behind on one of the buses. Absolute lifesaver and did all he could to help!

Usually good services and decent parking but rude people that work and deal with the customers inside the parking. They act like they own the parking and everyone is stupid for not knowing their rules without them explaining anything at any point.
I hope we will get someday some form of feedback so they can adjust their attitude.
