Great business premise, ample parking lot, friendly staff, general serene environment. Air Business is a great place to transact business. Lots had changed since the last review. The business is better; I think it's because of the development around it. The competition around it has helped it infrastructure wise.

AddressPal have lost (more likely stolen by their staff) hundreds of euros of product from a delivery I received last month. Their own records show they received the package weighing "X" amount, but I only delivered half that weight from their courier. They opened and re-sealed the package and they now claim the seller likely did not send the missing items from the box. AddressPal, your explanation is a blatant lie and I want this problem sorted. You were trusted with my property and you did not deliver it. You can't slime your way out of your responsibilities to your customers like this. You had me jump through your hoops before you would investigate and this is the result?

Why do I believe it was theft? I was to receive an 8 camera CCTV system with NVR and all cables. I received some cables and 4 cameras. Missing were all the cables and cameras needed for a 4 camera system.....suitable for most homes. Their investigation was a joke with no explanation whatsoever. I will not let this rest.

Staffs are treated like animals, management team are miscreants and 98percent are uneducated. Health and safety officials should visit site unannounced. What a terrible company avoid at all cost. I wasn't intending to give any rating because the company has no standard. I had to give minimum 1 star to post review.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they act as what is called a drop ship company and act as a 3rd Party Company seller via the likes of Amazon and eBay and are not the true seller. Look for the actual company that is selling these products to deal with before and is easy a googling. They are slow at delivery and if I marked them at 1 out of 10 they would receive -5, very poor. AVOID

I mis-typed my Address Pal number. Yodel claims they delivered the item to the Address Pal facility. But address pal says they have never received the item. I mis-typed only one number and sent details of a content of a parcel to Address Pal but still got the same answer: "We don't have your parcel". I doubt they don't have it. It is just no one really looked for it.

I'm adding this information as a legitimate customer of the Irish postal system having read some of the other spurious comments here and felt that this needed to be addressed. This is a postal service system, named: 'AddressPal', for the express purpose of sending items to Ireland. The service is part of the Irish public postal system (An Post)- photos of website included. I have had good experiences, since 2016, with this process and the customer sercice is very good. I use this service when buying from items purchased via eBay and other UK outlets.

I am an ebay seller and called to clarify details on a parcel .Didnt realise they were a distribution centre-Actually quite rude and unhelpful(she sounded Italian).
Hopefully thats my first and last customer deciding to use them.
