We engaged Neil and Acorn planning to seek advice on a refused planning application.
Neil was very professional and showed great interest from day one. Firstly to assure us that we had a strong case for appealing the council decision and then to competently prove our case of appeal with an incredibly tight deadline to work with.

Neil Boughey was instructed on a planning appeal after I had been refused planning approval by my local Council. His services were recommended to me by my architect.

From the first time I spoke to him to the end of the case, Neil has been brilliant. He provided clear advice, formulated a strategy and explained it to me. He then went on to achieve a wonderful result as the planning appeal was successful.

I couldn’t have wished to have worked with a better professional. I would be writing this review even if the appeal had not been successful as Neil did everything that was required of him and more.

I can highly recommend Neil Boughey and Acorn Planning.

Neil helped me gain planning permission by putting together an extremely well written appeal which was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate, after being initially refused by my local council.

(This was no easy feat. 65 letters of objection)

Neil gave us personal attention for planning permision for a bungalow on our garden. This has helped us add about £50,000 to the price we are hoping to get for our house sale.
