I visited a car dealership here, to look at the new MG ZS. Was decent as dealerships go and lovely car as it turned out. Parking good. Seems to be just offices other than this to my knowledge. Biggest pull to this location is the Tesco Extra nearby and the Field Fayre pub. The Tesco is huge and excellent, the pub is pleasant, okay food.

I'm a local and have passed the Business Park for many a decade. Only 2015 did I need to go into the Business Park. More than pleasantly surprised by the range of businesses on there, very high percentage of which include Public, not just Trade-Only. The Bearings supplier I sought out, a real gem, the nearest equivalent supplier I know of being close to Preston Town Centre, always a drag to get to, and deal with. Not so here. For the other businesses, unsure of their customer experiences, but before travelling far for materials / tools etc etc etc, i'll at least see if there's a Business to try on Ackhurst, before going afar. A very un-advertised, or even non-advertised location, but a location i'd recommend.

Pleasant architecture but tight service roads, poor directional signage and confusing parking.
Strongly suggest asking your destination for guidance on how to find them and where to park.
