Just completed my latest period of storage with Access. Always find the staff helpful and efficient. Access to the unit out of hours has improved with the use of the app for codes, etc. I, and others I know who have used this service in Southampton, have been very happy. My only slight issue, was a recent out of hours visit when access to the toilet was needed ... sadly this facility is not available out of hours due to some users being unhygienic in the past (not staff fault though and not sure how it could be monitored)

Still waiting for a refund for a unit I moved out of over a month ago. Countless emails sent with no resolve to what should have been a simple task.

Storage with them is fine but be aware you may not receive a refund for whatever you don't use when you move out.

We first used access storage in 2017 for a house move and decided to use again with our recent storage need. The team are welcoming friendly and supportive. There is no push for sale and everything in easy to use and clean throughout. Would totally recommend this facility both in its storage unit options and the happy helpful atmosphere from every staff member. It is also great to see managers interacting on the floor level and not hidden away in the office … Awesome thank you all.

The facility seems really great and there is an online check in and you sign the contract digitally. Then you report to reception and they seem to have no record of all the documents you’ve already uploaded and didn’t know how to sign their side of the contract and email it to me, which is what the instructions say will happen once you sign your side of the contract. It is frustrating. Additionally when you sign in to the app it shows that you have an overdue invoice, which I was assured was not the case. It might also be helpful to have the contract uploaded to the app so that everything is in one place. In addition my contract does not list all of the deals which I was offered via email and agreed to verbally. Time will tell if they are honoured.

Excellent staff who helped throughout the process of registration etc. Always on hand to help with anything. Lock up is clean and very dry and the systems of security in place are excellent. Would recommend always.

Team are amazing, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Go out of their way to be of assistance, and always friendly and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Units are run very well too.
