The service is excellent and I'm pleased with the storage unit.
The only disappointment is the that there aren't many goods carts and you can be left without one at busy times. Also there are no bigger carts too unlike other storage companies.
If the above is resolved it will be a 5 star rating.

We were trying to complete on a property & Access kept our unit for us for over 3 months on the special first time rate until we found out another property -which was available earlier meant we did not need storage after all. Very professional - helpfull - & highly recommended - great facility &very safe.

The guys at 'access' Self Storage High Wycombe are just brilliant! I only went in to view the storage sizes and came out with the perfect size unit on reserve for when I get a moving date. Abdala and Adam were friendly and accommodating. The units are clean and secure. They beat the best price I had and I would definitely recommend them!!

This is a new place and some teething problems as expected. So impressed by the units though in comparison to what seen elsewhere (imagine a steel version of a Greek village!) and ease of parking (lots of disabled bays out front too).
The staff seemed friendly (even offered my mum who couldn’t join us seeing the unit a cup of tea!)
A special thank you however to Adam who handled any problems with ease and professionalism and made us feel very welcome. Sometimes your staff are the biggest advert for your company and that was evident today.
